My wife and I just had a GREAT experience with a local HVAC company and I thought I would share their information. NASCAIR HEATING & COOLING here in Charlotte changed out our entire Heat Pump, AC Unit and ALL Duct Work and gave us a great price, plus we’ll be getting a $1,500 tax credit next year! Everyone in the company was friendly, honest, and punctual- from the receptionist who set the appointment, to the Owner of the company that personally visited several times during the 2 day process. These guys worked hard, in scorching heat in our attic, and left our home spotless when they were done. We’ve recommended these guys in the past, but now I have to say without a doubt, if you are in need of a repair or equipment change-out, this is definitely the company to call! And don’t forget to tell them you saw this post on CharlotteRealEstateNC.com!
Here is their website: http://www.nascair.com/
If you have been thinking of refinancing your home, or have ever even considered it, NOW IS THE TIME! Interest rates are at 50 year lows and mortgage lenders are competing for your business. You may be pleasantly surprised at how much you could be saving on your monthly payment, how low of an interest rate you may qualify for, and especially how easy the process can be. Need money for home improvements? Why not use some of the equity you already have in your home to pay for a new HVAC system, new roof, or some long-overdue updating of that kitchen? Make sure to ask around for an honest and reputable lender who will listen carefully and closely to your needs as well as your short and long-term housing goals, fully explain some of the programs that are available, and guide you step by step through the process. And don’t forget to consult your Realtor to determine a fair market value for your home that will give you an idea of exactly how much equity you may have. If you are planning to spend some money on improvements, a great Realtor can help determine what improvements give you the most bang for your buck! If you don’t have a great lender, don’t worry- we can refer you to one of the best in your area!
