Lawrence Mahool

Lawrence is originally from Harrisonburg, VA and has lived in Charlotte since 1996. He and his wife Jessica, live in SW Charlotte with their two dogs, Brady and Kaya. Lawrence attended Radford University and James Madison University before deciding on a move to Charlotte to work for USAirways. After several years working in the airline industry he decided tofollow in his father's footsteps and become a Realtor®.

Lawrence and his wife love to travel whenever they have the opportunity (especially to see his mother who lives in Ireland) and are huge fans of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Bobcats.

Marcus Nance

Marcus hails from Sanford, NC and has been living in Charlotte for about 10 years. He and his wife Stephanie live together in South Charlotte with their two cats Millie and Peanut. Marcus graduated from East Carolina University in 1999 with a degree in communications. He has a passion for music and art and is an avid Panthers football fan.

 

 

The Team

In 2007, after several successful years as top producing real estate agents who worked independently, Marcus and Lawrence teamed up and formed The Mahool/Nance Team. Since teaming up their business volume has grown exponentially. While growing at a rapid pace, they've made a commitment to maintain the highest level of customer service. In December of 2007 and 2008, their team was featured in Charlotte, The City Magazine as having achieved the Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction award.

Their goals for the future include continuing to grow their business through referrals, past, present, and future clients. They also plan to continue to donate time and money to charitable contributions such as Friendship Trays, a Charlotte "meals on wheels" program.
